Our regular weekly rates are far more cost effective than our drop-in rates for families looking for regular care. Our rates are negotiated for our full time clients on a case-by-case basis and are very competitive. You will save up to 50% over the cost of weekly drop-in rates by taking part in our regular full/part-time program. Please contact us for an interview for a quote.
Drop-In Program
In addition to our regular weekly rates, we are also offering a drop-in program for our clients! Each additional sibling will recieve $5 off part-time rates and $10 off full-time drop-in rates(even if that sibling is in regular full or part time care), and rates are charged per sibling.
Our drop-in program is a wonderful option for parents who have young children in our day program and older siblings who attend school and only need care for school closure days. It's also a great option for parents who do not require regular care, but might need back-up care if their regular day program is unavailable due to illness or vacation closures.
Rates are as follows:
Minimum Charge $10/day
Before and After School $15/day
Part-time care (up to 4 hrs with snack) $15/day
Part-time care (up to 4 hrs with meal) $20/day
Full-time care (up to 9 hrs with lunch) $30/day
Full-time care (up to 9 hrs with lunch and dinner) $40/day
Extended hours or overnights - Add $10/day to above rates
Child is not potty trained - Add $5/day to above rates
Child requires a special diet - Add $5/day to above rates
**Infants have a part-time rate of $30 and full-time rate of $50**
Kidtastic Indoor Playground Membership Program
All of our clients are required to have mandatory memberships in good-standing with Kidtastic Adventures Indoor Playground. We believe that children should have the opportunity for spirited and active play every day, even when the weather doesn't co operate. We go to Kidtastic when we can't play outside (and sometimes just because we want to)!
West Brant Daycare clients who purchase their memberships with their childcare recieve a marked discount off their regular rates. We purchase 6 month passes that can be used by anyone bringing the child to Kidtastic (not just while at daycare) and includes unlimited use of the facilities for your child. The first child you register with us is $80, and any additional siblings you register are $60 for the 6 month period (regular rate is $120 and $70).
Any children you register in full or part-time care are required to hold memberships to participate in the program as we believe Kidtastic has been very generous in subsidizing their memberships for us and it is such a wonderful facility for children to play in.
